Official Check - in is from 2 om on, should you arrive earlier you are welcome to deposit the luggage with us.
Rooms that are already ready for occupancy,can be taken earlier.
Last check out is at 10.30 am. Luggage storage is also valid for the day of departure.

Should it come to a late arrival we kindly aks you to inform us upfront . We have an automatic locking system. From 10 pm on , you will only have access by a Pin code.

For arrivals out of these operating hours we will prepare a self-check-in. You will find your room key and all necessary information at the desk.

• Dogs are welcome . Price on request, no food will be provided

• If paying in euros the Hotel applies the daily exchange rate .

29 days until 23 days prior to Arrival 30% of the Grand total
22 days until 15days prior to Arrival 50% of the Grand total
14 days until 0 days prior to Arrival 100% of the Grand total
No Show : 100 % of the grand total

Cancellation policy summer
14 days prior to arrival free of charge
14 to 7 days prior to arrival 50% of the Grand total
7 to 0 days prior to arrival 100% of the Grand total
No Show : 100 % of the grand total

Group bookings from 4 and more rooms onwards are subject to the following cancellation and payment conditions :

44 days until 30 days prior to Arrival 50% of the first night
29 days until 15 days prior to Arrival 75% of the Grand total
14 days until 0 days prior to Arrival 100% of the Grand total

Payment :
45 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the bookings sum will be charged to the indicated credit card
