General contractual conditions

The contract is applicable on receipt of the confirmation of the booking from the hotel. If the client hosts several guests, he is responsible for the total resulting from the booking invoice.

Services:
The actual services of the hotel are based on the booking confirmation.
If the guest wishes to use services that are not provided by the Hotel, the Hotel shall act solely as an intermidiary. Such charges shall be chard separately.
For prestations not used in the proposed package no discounts or refunds are granted.

For group bookings of 10 people or more the following conditions apply:

42 days before arrival a first position of bookings made
28 days before the arrival of a provisional list of participants
14 days before arrival, a deposit of 50% of the total
7 days before the arrival of the final list of participants and the balance is due
The hotel may request a credit card guarantee instead of a deposit
The invoice / final total invoice must be paid during the check-out cash in Swiss francs or with a credit card accepted (Visa, Mastercard, EC-Direct, Postcard).
